陳曉彤女士(Lizzie Chan)
Lizzie Chan is an internationally accredited Elder Mediator, certified at the Advanced level by the Elder Mediation International Network (EMIN). She is the first person based in Asia to be accredited with EMIN as an elder mediator.
She also serves as Co-Director of Elder Mediation Development at the Hong Kong Mediation Society (HKMS) to support older adults and their families through both elder mediation and advance care planning.
Outside of these roles, she also runs a number of community initiatives relating to ageing.
She founded Silver Threads (銀絲有情), a WhatsApp community exploring questions of ageing and family transitions.
She also hosts Death Cafés in Hong Kong, where people gather — often as strangers — to talk about death in an open, respectful and agenda-free way.
She visits care homes, and also uses creative avenues such as writing, cartoons, and reading circles to open up gentle conversations about ageing.
All of these strands come back to a single mission: supporting families to navigate ageing, conflict, and end-of-life decisions with dignity, clarity, and compassion.
招錡昕女士(Rosa Chiu)
此外，Rosa 持有ICF 認證教練及美國正面管教協會（PDA）認證專業資格，擅長將正面管教理念與調解技術結合，用於家庭與教育的關係改善。她也多次受邀擔任演講嘉賓，分享在調解與衝突解決領域的實踐經驗。
余司虹女士 (Beginla Yue)
余女士是一位專業的綜合及家事調解員，調解經驗豐富。曾處理調解個案性質涵蓋職場、社區、銀行、金融業務、商業及財務、人身傷害、保險、 建築物管理及樓宇維修保養，以及家事調解等。
她擁有多項調解員認證，包括：
『 香港調解資歷評審協會』、『香港國際仲裁中心 – 香港調解會』、『 金融糾紛調解中心』、『香港司法機構 – 綜合調解辦事處』、『土地審裁處』、『 小額錢債審裁處』等多個政府部門，以及『亞太國際仲裁院(中國港澳台地區)』，並於2025年成為《強拍條例》的認可調解員。
她也積極參與教育工作，提供個人及團體調解訓練，並設計調解課程。
陳志佳先生 (Timothy Chan)
陳先生是一位執業綜合調解員，曾處理多宗由區域法院、土地審裁處、小額錢債審裁處及公私營機構轉介的調解案件，個案涵蓋商業糾紛、樓宇管理、租務、工程、裝修及金融等多個範疇。
他是香港調解資歷評審協會、香港國際仲裁中心－香港調解會、金融糾紛調解中心及《強拍條例》的認可綜合調解員。除前線調解工作外，陳先生亦擔任調解導師及訓練課程指導員，參與新晉調解員的培訓工作。
多年來，陳先生致力推動調解技巧於多個領域的應用，包括樓宇管理、學校教育及職場環境。近年更為多間中小學及機構舉辦調解講座與培訓課程。
劉正剛先生 (Aaron Lau)
劉正剛是一位香港調解資歷評審協會認可的調解員
(HKMAAL)。同時也是英國特許仲裁師公會的會員
(ACIArb)，香港管理顧問學會(IMCHK)認證的管理顧問，擁有CMC ISO:20700認證。
他在哈佛大學法學院完成了談判與領導力課程 (Harvard PON)及牛津賽德商學院(Oxford Said)
的高層領導力課程。
在調解工作方面，他處理各類綜合調解案件，包括商業、租務、職場及社區等。調解工作外，他積極從事培訓。他為小學、中學、大學及非政府組織提供培訓 並在理工大學專業及持續教育學院 (PolyU CPCE)的導師計劃提供輔導及領導培訓。
多年來，劉先生積極倡導在學校中推廣調解工作, 包括成立香港調解學會青年團及在本地中學設
立朋輩調解和支援小組。他還為教育工作者、家長及社區領袖舉辦研討會，促進發展包容性的社區。
伍佩賢女士 (Kira Ng)
I am an accredited mediator since 2014, focusing on promoting elder mediation.
I am also the founder and funeral director of New Concept Consultant Limited, providing funeral and ceremonial services such as personalized farewells, repatriation, and memorial arrangements.
